How It Works

Local Voices uses two types of surveys to understand community sentiment and track change.

Anchor surveys establish a baseline and identify the key issues shaping community sentiment. Pulse surveys are shorter surveys used to track change, monitor priority issues and explore emerging topics.

Each survey cycle includes reporting, briefings and dashboard updates.

Insights to Action

Local Voices is built on the principle that measuring sentiment is only valuable if it leads to action.

Voconiq’s Trust Model identifies the key drivers of trust and acceptance and shows where organizations should focus time and resources to improve relationships and reduce social risk.

By collecting data repeatedly over time, Local Voices helps organizations evaluate whether their actions are improving outcomes.
