We’re excited to announce our strategic partnership with Canadian consulting firm Transfert Environnement et Société to support expansion into Canada and Francophone Africa.
Specialised skills supporting a unique service offering
Partnering with Transfert provides us with local knowledge and specialised skills to support our rapidly growing global footprint. “Transfert are very aligned with our purpose and values, and with their deep understanding of the Canadian context and Francophone market, we feel this is a natural fit for Voconiq,” says Dr Kieren Moffat, CEO and Founder of Voconiq.
“Our work provides customers with a deep, data-driven understanding of their relationship with the communities they work alongside - the path to strengthening these relationships and reducing social risk is accelerated where asset teams and communities are engaged by trusted, local partners in this process”
Specifically, Transfert will support program delivery on the ground to ensure Voconiq Local Voices customers get the best value from their investment. Voconiq Local Voices is a unique social licence service offering, providing customers with deep quantitative and qualitative data over time and advisory services to support improved social performance outcomes.
The future is Engagement Science
Founded on more than a decade of social science research, Voconiq possesses unique expertise and technology for collecting high-quality community sentiment data worldwide. The team utilises proprietary machine learning analytical tools to extract deep insights, creating tools for customer learning and development to maximize these insights and foster stronger relationships with the communities they engage. Every step of this process is rigorously validated through research, ensuring their customers understand how to take action in critical areas for building and growing social licence.
Exclusivity and expansion
Having Transfert represent Voconiq in the delivery of Voconiq services in the Canadian and global Francophone market allows us to focus on our core technology development and service offering with the confidence that customers and the communities they work with in these locations will be working with a trusted partner.
“Our purpose is to give voice to community and help our customers listen; Transfert will help Voconiq take our mission further, faster.”
